DELIVERY

We endeavor to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours once the order is confirmed. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.

Please note that if the item(s) on your order are unfit for dispatch due to quality or any other reason, they will not be shipped or will be shipped partially. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.

The estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 4 to 7 working days (Please note that during sale delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log).

The estimated delivery time for international order is 10 to 14 working days after the order has been dispatched.

Fragrances and perfumes are not shipped internationally due to the courier and airline DG policy.
